This is the core reseller workflow, you'll do this every time you sign a new client. It takes about a minute and produces a fully isolated cPanel account with its own login, files, email, and databases.
Open Create a New Account
In WHM, go to Account Functions → Create a New Account.
Fill in the client's details
Enter their domain, choose a username (auto-suggested from the domain works fine), and either set a password or let WHM generate one.
Assign a package
Pick one of your existing packages, or Custom if this client needs something bespoke. See Build a custom hosting package in WHM if you haven't set your tiers up yet.
Leave DNS settings as-is
Unless you're white-labeling, the default nameserver and IP settings are fine for most accounts.
Click Create
WHM provisions the account, live in under a minute. Login credentials are shown on screen and emailed to the contact address you entered, forward them to your client whenever you're ready.
