There are two ways to connect a domain you already own to your Anomica hosting account. Which one you want depends on whether Anomica should manage DNS for the whole domain, or just serve the site itself while something else (like a third-party email provider) keeps handling other records.
Option 1: Point your nameservers (recommended)
This hands full DNS management over to Anomica. It's the simplest option and what we recommend unless you have a specific reason not to, it also means SSL, subdomains, and mail routing all just work without you touching individual records.
Find your Anomica nameservers
Log into your account and open Domains → DNS. Your two assigned nameservers are listed at the top, they look like ns1.anomica.net and ns2.anomica.net.
Update nameservers at your registrar
Log into wherever you originally registered the domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), find the nameserver settings, and replace whatever is listed there with Anomica's two nameservers.
Wait for propagation
Changes typically take effect within a few hours, though it can take up to 24-48 hours worldwide. Your site will start resolving through Anomica as soon as your local resolver picks up the change.
Option 2: Keep your current DNS, add an A record
Use this if your domain's DNS is managed elsewhere and you want to keep it that way, for example because your email is hosted through a separate provider you don't want to disturb.

Add those two records at whichever DNS provider currently manages the domain. Nothing else about your existing setup changes.
